I have a public defender working on that case for me, but I was about to take a well-paying job teaching english in south Korea when a detective in Manhattan Beach,CA in Los Angeles County informed me that there's a warrant for me from 12 years ago.

I was even pulled over more than a year ago for absolutely no reason by a cop in a small town in northern california on a early Saturday evening looking for people leaving a party at a local bar, but I was not drinking so he checked my driving my record and said it was perfect.

This was a simple case where there was a road block and they had no reason to pull me over than being near a local bar on another Saturday night in October of 1997, but this time I was drinking, so I plead no contest to get rid of it because my Mom was dying of cancer back in NY. I paid the fines and they said as long as I did 'not' drive in CA from 1998 to 2003, I would not have to take any driving classes. I do believe it's August of 2009 now. Anyway, I called a local public defender to inquire with the court why there would be a warrant.

She got the whole court report and after I left and the court case was done, someone mistakenly issued a warrant, then rescinded it an hour later. She tried to get this court copy certified so she could give it to me and get that warrant off my record, but the DA told her a few months ago that now he wants me to take driving classes 12 years after the fact and retry the case or something.

In addition, because it took me 6 weeks to sell my car to go to South Korea and then 2 weeks after my paperwork was in, I still did not have the clearance letter, I lost that $40,000 a year job.

I've also been homeless since March of 2009 as well and the state of California is short of Math Teachers (was a Math Tutor in NY at a college up to March of 2008), but the LA Unified School District is not only not hiring Math Teachers when they're understaffed already, but also laying off qualified Math Teachers. Therefore, no point in me taking the CBEST teacher's exam for licensing in CA and Oregon! I passed it but so what!

I started working with a banking company online only a couple blocks north of Wall St. and your offices I believe in the Trinity building by Trinity Church. But not sure when I'll be able to afford a home because it's very expensive here. It was so bad I lost 12 pounds in a week when I fasted most of the time.

My Dad was a Lawyer and Politician in White Plains, NY and started his career at the Woolworth bldg. at a small firm after his JAG career in the Marines and one thing I don't understand is how it is legal for a DA in Los Angeles to retry a case and vilify me for a court case finalized in January of 1998 and court officials telling me over the phone in NY that my probation would be terminated by Jan. of 2003. How is that legal? Why isn't that past the 3 year statute of limitations? Why is this court allowed to attempt to force a homeless man with very little money, no car and no home to take driving classes he cannot afford? And my only hope for food is that this company in NYC pays me the $2,300 they promised me 16 days from now.

I also lost a $40,000 job, my car and a free home in South Korea, and free lunches during the school week!

And "if" this job pans out well, I might make a little more than $50,000 for the upcoming year and am nearly half done on writing my 1st book and setting up my 1st website for marketing online with google ads and having my own google search bar, so maybe I'll do well in the near future.

But,...Can I sue ex-Governor of NY, George Pataki, and his law partners (alleged friends of my father...all Republicans) for the $3,000,000 in family assets, my own home whereby I was co-executor and 1/6 beneficiary of all assets etc.? Can I sue them now that the Governor is no longer the head of the Republican Party in NY? Can I sue the surrogate court judge? He was a Republican up for re-election (lost) in Nov. of 2000, or two weeks before the nasty man had the gall to tell me I had to pay $75,000 more than the nearest high bid for my own house! Can I sue them now? This happened 9 years ago, but it was my house, I lived there, I had a loan to buy my house and both properties (very expensive) etc., but no lie the Rockefeller brothers (2 left then), my neighbors, this ex-Governor etc. were all out to usurp my own home and steal it from me.

Sorry to babble above, bu the laws in this country make absolutely no sense!

This DA is retrying the case without the approval of the judge out here and I know it's to make some more money/revenues for this budget crisis in Sacramento. The same crisis whereby there's a Math Teacher shortage, but a guy with a BA, 6 years of Math teaching experience and passage of the exam for the 1st teaching credential can't get a job! It's nuts!

I figure if this DA can retry this case and order me to take driving classes and break his word that my probation was up in 2003, then I can sue his court and this entire state for $50,000 per year for the last 12 years, not to mention losing my shot at an acting career because of this action whereby in my estimation the police are nationwide breaking the law on a daily basis in pulling over whomever they feel like on a Friday and Saturday night near a bar and/or restaurant. These sorts of actions by chiefs of police all across America should be patently against the law! What's the answer to people drinking and killing people behind the wheel? I don't know that answer, but firstly I never killed anyone while driving my car after drinking at a bar or restaurant,...not even remotely close! Secondly the answer might be the repeal of FDR's repeal of that Amendment whereby it was once again legal to buy, sell and consume alcohol in America.

Therefore, I'd like to know why I cannot sue this police dept. for losing this last job teaching english when I was homeless and was going to have a home if they weren't playing these games. It seems to me that this court in Los Angeles is responsible for me losing this job by attempting to get me to pay for driving school and 7 years after they said I did NOT have to take driving school to drive here in CA. I think they ought to pay me $600,000 in lost wages from 1997 to 2009, not to mention punitive damages like losing 12 pounds in a week of not eating, not to mention having to spend 10 days on Skid Row in the worst housing I've ever experienced so I could pick up garbage for 3 days and have food stamps of $200 per month and $200 per month in cash.

I really don't get why the State of NY and the Federal Government is responsible for the loss of my home and it was stolen in a seemingly foreclosure sort of process and yet no lawyer ever told me I was the co-owner of both properties and all the assets, nor did this one real estate lawyer telling me the judge and my own lawyer were robbing me in allowing my sister's lawyers to force me to put the house on the market and that I should be able to purchase it at the appraisal rate (saving $110,000 on the market price) and that if I had done so there would be a conflict of interest with this Republican Judge and the opposing counsel being a friend and employer of the then Governor of NY. This I later found out would mean 1. the Judge would have to recuse himself from the case and 2. the case would have had to have been sent to another state for adjudication due to obvious financial conflicts with opposing counsel involved with Laurence Rockefeller's properties up for re-development a few blocks away, him and his brother being Republicans all in the same country club as the Governor's former boss and my father's friend etc.!

I don't know if I could have got a fair shake in another country like Den Hague and the European Court of Justice. Are you aware of David Rockefeller's connections in Europe?

Anyway, I could use a good lawyer and you and Scott are the only good ones I know of, but I know you probably do not handle Federal cases all the way out here in Los Angeles, but I suspect you know the Federal lawyers out here. Again,...What the hell is going on in this country that these people in NY can get away with the above?

The above is not at all just laws and according to the Bible and Tanakh, the US Government and New York State's Treasury now owe me $6,000,000 or double my lost inheritance given to my sisters and lawyers etc. The Bible makes that quite clear! $600,000 would be a start, my possible book sales would perhaps get me the rest back, but I'm talking about Treasury checks from both governments amounting to the entire $6,000,000 figure and even then that does NOT restore my home and properties to me, the only rightful owner.

NY State Laws are perverse and corrupt and my manifesto directly concerning 9/11 will prove them perverse and corrupt and I just might get my global mandate and if I do, first thing is the proscription and forfeiture of all properties and all assets of these prominent NY families for fighting with me in court. After that they will all do 10 years of exile just like myself....even if they gave me $9,000,000 a month from today! Sorry, not enough when I had to spend 10 days on Skid Row due to their illegal actions. A guy actually purposefully overdosed on drugs in this housing on Skid Row when I was there and before I got this new job, I went to that God-forsaken office to get food stamps again, but REFUSED that housing! I would rather sleep in the streets, my car etc. like I've done since March of 2009!

I've got 205 pages of my 1st draft done and only 5 more links/sections for my website to write about and I'm on Roman/British ancient history right now. I've already written up about 9/11 and the Wahhabi invasion of Karbala in Iraq and those writings when published online and in binded book form just might put an end to the US Government within a year's time of said publication. I see a lot of angry Americans out here in Los Angeles and the news is not good all over America and the rest of the world and it will only take one catalyst to really undo things globally and my revelations just might be that cause and I'd be glad to keep anarchy away from America's streets, but there's a few lawyers, judges and politicians who must be exiled, must be put under house arrest so they're not killed by AMERICANS grouping together all over this land etc.

Help in the cause because I do 'not' want anarchy, but these ridiculous laws have to end...NOW! They are not legitimate and I know a lot of veteran lawyers and judges (friends in NY though, not the above) who know full well how illegitimate American laws have been since 1945....but Americans are UNAWARE! Soon they will be aware and even a smart 3rd grader will be able to figure out that his 3rd grade history teacher is full of nonsense in her daily lessons on American govenment. That is going to change...SOON! But first, I have this link to write, my next one about the Merovingian and Salian Frank succession disputes with Attila the Hun, wrapping up the beginning of Islam's history from the Rashidun Caliphs all the way up to the Ottoman Empire collapse during WWI and finally my report on the Crusades....then this globe's leaders had all better watch out if they'd like to retain ANY imperium. I advocate peaceful marching against government, but American's are getting quite angry about health care and that's nothing!

Chris

Re: Discharging a Construction / Mechanics Lien In New York Supreme Court

Hi Shiloh,

It's really too difficult for me to assist you without a complete set of facts.
